Masala Chai is a classic Indian spiced tea. Our take is made up of black Assam, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, clove, ginger and black pepper. Traditionally, this tea is served with milk and sugar. It can also be sipped without for an equally invigorating beverage.
We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F. Use 2.5g of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep for 5 minutes.
